We are very new to the service desk system and we have a few doubts to configure.
We created a project and when enduser raise a request we send notifications to respective members to take action on this issue using of automation rule alert type function.
Now the challenge is we set a sla based on a priority and field values of the project and we want to send sla warnings ,escalations and breaching notifications to alert users in the projcet.How to do that?? If anyone knows pls suggest us to acheive this.

Also, when you will need set SLA time with notification for issues from other projects on Jira Core or Jira Software this tool cant do it. And in this case, you can try a third-party app like SLA Time and Report.
