Hello,
I have two Atlassian organizations, and some apps were mistakenly created under the wrong one. I would like to transfer these apps from one organization to the other, both of which I administer.
I want to make sure the transfer can be done without losing any content or configuration.
However, when I tried to do the transfer via the site settings, the option appears to be disabled for Free plans.
Is there any workaround or support option available in this case?

What happens when you click the "contact support" link?
