Hi community,
I need to tzranslate the service desk in several languages and I only get an translastion option for system fields like priorities. But my custom content, how can that be translated, because it is not enough to just translate the field name - of course..
I am stuck, somehow desperate at this stage who can help?

this is bad news, but in the end it confirms what I had assumed. Should have asked earlier - could have saved a couple of hours time.
The App looks interesting, I will try it and hope to convince the mamagement.
