How to update servicedesk issue type portal text?

Hello Everyone.

I have a service desk that looks like this:



How can I make this look a bit nicer?  I know how to change the title (e.g. 'Incident Requests' to 'Click here to raise an incident', but how can I then change the other text so that I have something like this?

Incident Requests
Need a to raise an incident?  Click here to start - instead of 'Incidents'.

Nevermind, I fixed this, it was caused by having separate portal groups.  I just made one portal group with all request types.
