I'm working with multiple portals for my clients, so each customer has a dedicated portal for their requests. I want to see on the received request queue the segmented value I'm using on the portal. I already have the organization, but I will like to use the dropdown categories I have in the portal. Is there a way I can display that field on the requests I receive?
