How we can customize account information user in Jira?

Hey 

Please tell me what to do if we want to add additional fields for user account information?

We want to ask the user for this information when registering users in Jira Desk and Jira Core Service.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When it comes to user information, currently, it will be based on the details of their Atlassian account and it’s not possible to add other fields to get further information.

There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Ability to include custom information to user profiles
• Allow Administrators to update user profiles with additional information

if you are looking for additional fields for user accounts on Jira Server / Data Center, you can give our app User Profiles for Jira a try. It allows to add additional information to user accounts (profiles) and more. Independent from whether you need this feature for Jira Server/Data Center or Cloud, I'm curious why you requested that. What problem do you want to solve with it?
