I cannot add a new product

Hi!

I already use Confluence, a Cloud instance, in my organisation. I would like to add Jira Service Management to the same domain, but I get an error every time I try, which I have attached. The bug is "We had same technical issues. Try later."

I have an administrator across the organisation.

If not - I would contact Atlassian Support to get this rectified :)
