Hey @Shannon Binch ,

Those are guided by your notification scheme linked to your project.
Do you have one linked and how is it defined?

Yes I do have a scheme linked, i have setup on Issue created to email address.

I know that emails are setup correctly as I can receive for other projects.

I can also receive customer notifications but not normal notifications just for this project.

Well not a whole lot of information to go on here. Any chance you can provide some screenshots?

Customer notifications and Internal notifications are 2 completly different things and set up seperatly so receiving customer notifications (while that means your outgoing mailserver works) has no impact on your regular notifications.

Also, having a scheme doesn't mean that scheme is linked to the project. Each project can have it's own scheme or the scheme can be shared by multiple projects. So again, having other projects working doesn't mean this one will (depending on the setup).

So, I suggest 2 things:

  1. go to the project -> project settings and double check which scheme is linked under the notificatons
  2. Use the notification helper, there you can choose an issue and a user and see whether or not (and mostly why not) they will get a notification.
