I cannot locate the customer channel

Trying to establish a customer portal

Once you create a Jira Service Management project you can go into that project.  In the left-hand menu, there will be a channels link click it and then one of the options will be help center.  You can hover over it and then it will provide you with a button to click.

If you're looking for the URL of the Portal, it's in your Project Settings for your JSM Project.  The Project Settings should be listed on your Side Menu, and there should be a Portal URL listed under Portal Details.
