Did you mean:

I cannot see my projects

Hello, I hope you can help me
I have the role of User Admin Access, I received an invitation to join as a Customer, I accepted it and when I entered the instance it did not let me see my own projects.

I get the text: This project isn't available.

How do I modify the permissions to view my projects? or only the Org Admin can do it?

Thanks.

As a user admin you are not able to manage permissions on a project if you are not grated the project admin permissions

Jira, Product, Site or Org admins can always grant themselves permissions

Hi Victor,

Depending on your browse project permission, you may not be able to see that project in the project list.

To be able to see that project you need to have someone invite you to that project as service desk team(agent) or project admin.

With a customer role you are able to see in on project portal, not JSM.
