I cant find the section "Store Jira data on your own device"

According to 

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/store-jira-data-on-your-own-device/

 

The toggle should be in Settings -> Products, but can not find it there.

 

Has anyone enabled it? Where can i find it?

The location is Settings > Jira Configuration

Try this url https://your_company.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/jira-software-configuration.
For me this trigger is located here.
