Namaskaram,

We have several projects, including electrical, IT, Emedia, construction, and more. The problem is that when I select the "Fields" option, all project fields appear, regardless of whether they relate to my project or not. I don't want to see filters and fields from other projects. How can I adjust the "Fields" settings to only show relevant options?

Pranam.

Hi @Srushti Kadam

If I understand properly your question, I think you are looking to set specific context on some custom fields. Depending on the project you are working on, the option or values of a custom field can be set using Custom Field Context.

Here is the full documentation about how to add a context to a custom field in Jira: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-a-context-to-a-custom-field/

You can create a new custom field context if you need to associate different default values and options with different projects or issue types.

You can only specify one custom field context for each project.

I hope this help.
