I have a user that does not get notified when they become the Assignee

Hi

I have a user that does not get notified when they become the Assignee even though the Notification Schema says that all Current Assignee should get notified. Why?

Hey @Damien Varney

When that happens and its working for everyone else its most likely on the users side in their email.

It could be a couple things:

  • An email filter was set up in their email that is hiding or deleting the email.
  • The email is going into their spam/junk folder

I would check the users inbox by searching for the subject line of the email to see if any emails exist. If not double check the filters cause they could be getting deleted.
