Since last night I get this error
I would like to know what this error means. Also, the Service Managment does not appear in my profile.

You should contact Atlassian Support team (https://support.atlassian.com) to request their assistance as they can access backend logs to determine the possible issues. It also seems that your site doesn't have any JSM subscription setup, this is something you need to contact your org admins to determine the problem on the product subscription.

It seems that your access to the Jira Service Management product has been deleted.
Contact your Jira org admin in order to give you access to the product.
Maybe the product has been deleted or the Atlassian bill must be paid.
If the error persists and your admin doesn't understand, you can contact the Atlassian Support : https://support.atlassian.com/
