I have created a group called "Dev-Prod Support Group" if ticket is created/update user will get a notification for this i have created a Automation Rule but it is not working as expected.
(Production support team should be getting email only for the tickets created/updated by Dev-Prod Support Group team members)

JQL: creator in (membersOf("Dev-Production Support Team")) AND text ~ "group" order by created DESC
I have created a Issue but i haven't received any email regarding this Rule.

Have you followed up on the possible problems listed in the Audit Log entr?
Does issue SDPD-2005 contain the text "group" in any or its text fields?
Is the Creator of issue SDPD-2005 a member of the "Dev-Production Support Team" group?
Who is the Actor for the rule? Does that Actor have permission to view issue SDPD-2005.
