I have enabled CSAT survey for resolved issues but no feedback surveys are being sent

Can anyone advise how to troubleshoot: CSAT survey for resolved issues but no feedback surveys are being sent. am I missing something??

Hi Sarah

You sure your issue has resolution field is filled?
CSAT sends message after you fill resolution, not changes status to Done

I don't remember if it matters for native CSAT - but do you have a different Reporter and Assigned?
Assigned is filled?
