Hello,
I have set up on call schedule and escalation policies, but I received an alert outside of on-call hours, as I am a member of the responder team.
I understand that I can create routing rules to look at a schedule, but these do not escalate.
I understand that I can send alerts to my escalation policies, but these appear to fire out side of the on-call schedule.
Is it then true that if I route to an escalation policy the on-call schedule is ignored, and if I alert to an escalation policy the on-call schedule is ignored.
Is there a way to have both, without getting everyone to set up there own personal notifications?
