Hi,
I have the widget installed on our website for customers to fill out forms (sales, support etc). The forms auto-create JSM tickets. I'm receiving notifications in Assist (on SL) for all forms but I'm not seeing any notification in the agent/ triage channel when someone submits a Sales form via the widget. Any idea what I need to do to solve this?
