How to auto populate values in jira forms based one field that is user ..User rest of the details should be auto populate by using automation rules. ? Could you please give me high level guidance to solve .. ?

Hi @Asmath Basha S  Thanks for your response.

I have field name called “customer” in jira forms.

when customer selects his name from the customer service desk portal.

The other fields should auto populate their values like first name , last name, and location based on customer field value in jira forms .

Could please provide any high level guidance and automations rules to do so.
