In Jira Service management/Help Desk, I want automation that emails me about a ticket that is unassigned from the last 2 hours with respect to created time.
Is there any option available or any walkaround?

You can create a filter like for example
assignee is empty and created < -2h
By adding a subscription, you can tell Jira to send you an email with the result of the filter every for a specific frequency. If the filter returns no issue, you will not get a mail.
