I want to manually auto change in the Filed priority when I select Urgency& Impact.
For example: if I select urgency as "critical" and impact as "extensive" then my priority field must change its value to "Highest" in the screen.
Is it possible to do in JSM ??
Using out of the box setup, you can create automation rule to be triggered by issue created event, where in the action of the rule set the priority value after the issue is created based on other fields value.
