Does anyone know if it is possible to add a label called "Customer Commented" to a ticket through automation?
I'm trying to write a Rovo Agent that will report on all recent comments made by customers (not internal) via Service Desks and thought I'd be able to do this via an automated task but my current configuration doesnt appear to be working:
- When: Tule is triggered on All comments
--Condition: initiator is Customer comment Reporter
- Then: Edit work items
-- Field: labels (customer_commented)
