I have 4  clients and 1 dev and support team and i am running my support & maintenance as a agile scrum.

I need to link the issues into the board for the developers to pick up and complete the tasks per issue linked.

Would appreciate any guidance or experiences with this?

Hello,

Create a board. Then create a filter, which would choose issues from multiple service desk projects.

For example, you filter could look like this:

project in (SD1, SD2, SD3)

Then connect this filter to the created board (board settings -> general)

@Hi-Res Administrator  For a scrum board you need to link your issues to a sprint.

You could make a default, (unlimited in time)  SD sprint and add them by default to the Service Desk issues.

For a kanban board you don't need the sprint.
