I would like to customize the mail send when the ticket is assigned

Hi, 

 

I would like to customize the mail send to the person responsible for the ticket. I would like to add the content of the ticket on not only the following screen :

Is it possible ?

Hi @Paul Gautier For this, you need to set up an automation rule. Default notification template you can't change for Agents or Assignee. Only for customer, you can change notification.

Use Trigger >> Issue Created 

Action >> Send Email
