I would like to find a tool that allows the creation of macros to use in Jira Service Desk Cloud. For the sentences that we have to type over and over again. I think there is an open source application that can be used but I can't remember the name.

Hi Tammy,

If you want to use an add-on to keep the templates directly in Jira for everyone, you can use Canned Responses Pro for Jira, for example, where agents will be able to use the templates while adding a comment.
If you don't want to pay for an add-on, you can search for snippet software like Dash, for example, where you can save a shortcut and type it on the comment box to add a big text or some sentence.
