We have referred to the doc listed at the following url
There appears to be additional IP Addresses required for establishing connectivity between the Jira Asset Collector and/or Agent to communicate with Jira cloud. Specifically, we are seeing traffic on 104.192.142.xxx which is explicitly not listed in the provided IP subnets.
Is there another range that needs to be added to this list?
Hi @Phani Kosanam ,
Atlassian products and sites don't have fixed individual IP addresses, instead they use defined ranges of IP addresses. You should allow-list these IP ranges to maintain access to Atlassian cloud products and sites: https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/
If you need more details, I would suggest you to contact the Atlassian support directly in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
We have been following the ip-ranges list that you've shared and in that we can see the following range which we have allowed on our firewalls. But, we see traffic on IP's that do not belong to this range... eg: 104.192.142.9 - 104.192.142.94 (random ip's in this range get listed in the traffic logs when activating a token)
We are looking for some guidance on where we can find this range listed so we can review it with our security teams to get it approved for allowing traffic.
