IT Onborading

This is just for curiosity, but since I am the owner of the IT onboarding process I want to understand if I can make my life easier. 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make an IT Onboarding smooth in Jira? Are there any hidden tools in there that you consider important or that you use for it? 

I am into AI as well, and I don't know if JIRA implements AI somewhere and how it could help with the onboarding. 

Does someone has any idea?

Do you some pain points that you are trying to solve for? 

I would say in general make use of automation rules to take care of repetitive or manual tasks. 

I have not made use of AI in Jira yet, but here's an interesting article that might give you insight.
