Hi,
After configuring Jira ITSM and commencing its usage, we granted Confluence guest access to several existing ITSM users. However, upon logging into the customer portal, they are encountering a screen displaying the message "there is no help content available here."
issue of the image is attached for reference, please guide me on how to resolve this.

Is the Confluence space (or spaces), linked to the Jira Service Management project ?
You can do this in the project --> Project Settings --> Knowledge base
Once linked, your JSM users have automatically ready access to these spaces.
