Hi all, we've noticed the Signature custom detect seems to be a bit too aggressive for us so we've disabled it.
Having a look at the older tickets though it still seems to show that they are still the signature. Does this affect future changes only, or does a job run in the background that updates the older ticket view and removes the "signature" view.

I believe hiding email signatures will only impact newly created tickets (so it won't impact those that are already created). I think that detection only works during ticket creation, e.g. when email is received.
As far as I know, no background job will be started once you enable/disable this option.
I've reached out to the content team to maybe add this part to the official docs.
