Hey community!
I need to know if I can import historic information about old tickets.
We started our support service 3 months ago, and now we want to start using Jira Service Management.
For reports, we want to add some information about the others tickets that we resolved at that moment.
Could someone tell me if we can do this? Or how can we add some information?
We are in free plan but we plan to upgrade to Standard

If the tickets are from another Jira project, the information would be kept.
