When entering to Customers Portal, I see the projects in my organisation. Each project with its name and a Welcome message.
I have created a new Project. In the Customer Portal I can see the project name but not the Welcome message.
When clicking on Project name, a new screen is displayed where the request can entered. Here I see the Welcome message.
Please help to find where to enter the welcome message is the first Customer Portal screen.
The service desk has a help center and portals.
The help center is where your customers go to raise a request online. They can access any service desk they have permission to send requests to by going to the respective portals. Portals are where you go to get help for a specific service desk. (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/what-are-the-portal-and-help-center/)
If you are on the help center page you should see a customize button on the right. If you click that you will be able to edit the help center and add an announcement or change the page title.
