In JSM a. How can the configuration of one project be moved to another project (Dev to Prod)?
Please let me know the process to do the same.

Is there any possibility to take the back up of the Instance which is Jira Service Management from Back up Manager.
Can we import into new Instance?
Is it possible ?

@Sreenadh you can take a backup of your instance. But what you want to do is to take only backup of the configuration? If yes, then this can't be done on cloud out of the box.

As said, manual is the only option you have out of the box.
There are however a couple of apps that allow you to push data from one environment to another.

I don't want any kind of date but i want to move the configuration changes only from Dev to Prod Instance.
which is like scheme (issue, screen, issue type, workflow, notification, issue security, permission etc)
Please help me out on the same.

Yup, that is what this (and apps like it do).
You can push your configuration data (so not the issues itself over to another instance). you initially compare the instances and then you can push what you need.

I also agreed with what @Alex Koxaras -Relational- stated. In our env, we always proceed with his first suggestion of recreating the project in the Production env.
