In Jira Service Desk reporters are receiving a message that the ticket has been assigned to them

Users are reporting that when they open a ticket in Jira Service Desk they receive an email that the ticket has been assigned to them. This just started this week. Was there a change made over the weekend that could be causing this?

This is happening to our internal reporters as well as external (customers) reporters.
