Inactivate "Draft a reply" button

We are not using the new Intelligence feature.
But the "Draft a reply" button interferes with our work.
How do vi deactivate it?

Hi @Jim,

As far as I know, there's no way to disable the "Draft a reply" button directly. But you can try reaching out to Atlassian support, they may be able to turn it off for you.

If you're not using Atlassian Intelligence at all in Jira Service Management, you can disable it from the Atlassian administration > Settings > Atlassian Intelligence (see documentation):

I put a support ticket in with Atlassian. Our support teams are asking for the button to be removed. This should not appear unless we enable Atlassian Intelligence.
