Can we have access to our JIRA inbox for our support id?.
@Rajesh Mankad If you own the email address then you would be the managers of it. You will need to work with your email team to get the password. Atlassian does not manage custom email addresses.

We have our own email account [support@smartites.com]. All the request are send to this email id. I am looking at inbox access to this email as we aren't receiving few emails.
