I am wondering about the formatting for emailed requests. We moved from Freshdesk to Jira as a service desk and we noticed that the formatting is different.
In Freshdesk, the formatting is exactly the same as you see in your standard mail (outlook or gmail for example)
In Jira however, the formatting could be messed up as seen in the following image. It should be the logo of Paypal. Does anyone know if this is fixable or do we just have to use look past this?
@Peng Zhou What you are seeing is what you will get and there is no way around it as it translates to the email in the Jira format.
