Incorrect Explanation of the breached() Function in Atlassian Learning Path Module

Hello,

I recently started the learning path "Configure Atlassian tools for effective service management"

In the last module, "Monitor SLAs and requests with JQL functions," I believe there is an error in the explanation of the breached() function. The example provided indicates the following:

👉 For example: Return all tickets at risk of breaching their Time to resolution SLA within the next eight hours.

“Time to resolution” <= breached(“8h”)

However, based on my testing and a review of the documentation, the <= operator is not supported in this context.

I think it would be beneficial for Atlassian to review and correct this information to avoid confusion.

I wanted to submit a support ticket for this issue but couldn't find an appropriate option for reporting errors in course content.

Thank you!

Actually I also think this is an error. breached() does not accept parameters by the way.

@Ziad Bakhiet -

If you use https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ - You can just select "Training and certification" in the "What we can help you with?" question.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
