Info needed

Hi all,

I'm an analyst who is using JSM but have been asked by my manager (and presumably IT) for the following info, issue is I have no idea where to find it. I have googled some of it but answers are sketchy.

• Sender Policy Framework (SPF) information, what domain for the reply-to email in order to identify and process replies.
• DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) preferably in 2048-bit key format. 
• Provide a CNAME record
