Insight and servicenow

Hi,

I'm a total newbie to Insight.

I have a CMDB in ServiceNow. And was very happy when I saw the "import from ServiceNow" App. I have succesfully implemented it - and got a structure in Insight. And I get a lot of objects from servicenow. Bus it seems it's only getting data from the sysuser table in servicenow (and putting them into the business service)

I'm starting to realize that I have to make all the bindings myself!? How do I do that with minimal workload? Are there any "standard-mappings" out there I can import and customize. Or do I have to do all the mappings of objects and attributes myself?

Anyone with experience and a good advice  - or any pointers to readings I can access?
