Hi All,
I have set up my Insight addon and correctly populated with lots and lots of lovely objects.
I have two issues.
Issue 1.
When i create an issue within my service desk and populate my custom asset field with an object and then save it.
The Connected Jira issues section within insight is still empty, where i would expect it to show the open service desk issue.
Issue 2.
The insight objects are not searchable within the service desk.
This would make things 10x better

I recommend you to submit a request directly on Mindville customer portal. They will response quickly.
In case of issue no 2, I'm not sure if it's not due to technical limitations. Unfortunately, on Cloud developers can't do a lot on Jira Service Desk - in comparison with possibilities on Server.
