As i see in the JSM the "Atlassian Jira - Plugins - Development Integration Plugin" is not installed/available by default as its a system Application components plugin, so now I want to install/upload it manually.

So is that I need to follow the specific steps to install/upload it? or I can download & upload it directly from Jira admin --> Manage apps?
