One of my customer, installed Insight some time ago, before they upgraded JSM to the 4.20.1 version. This JSM version includes Insight, but in my customer prior version does not includes Insight.
They already has Insight installed and in use for some time ago.
My questions are:
- If they uninstall the first Insight installed in order to use the Insight that cames with JSM, do they will lost the data stored in Insight?
- Is it necessary to perform any action before startting to use the Insight that is included in JSM in order to avoid lost data?
