When trying to install the Insight Asset Management Map on our Jira Service Cloud we continually get this message - "https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1212137/version/800701150 cannot be installed on this Cloud instance"
Can somebody assist ASAP please.

For cloud deployments, Insight is now part of Jira Service Management Premium.
