Integrating Jira Alerts into Power BI – Replacement for Opsgenie API?

We're currently using Jira data in our Power BI dashboards via the Power BI Connector for Jira. This app allows us to retrieve data through an endpoint and create valuable visualizations that reflect what's actually happening in our Jira environment.

To keep all IT insights centralized within Power BI, we’re now looking to integrate Jira alerting into our dashboard as well. Previously, if I’m not mistaken, this was possible using the endpoint https://api.opsgenie.com/v2/alerts.

Since Opsgenie has been integrated into Jira, we’re now searching for a new or updated endpoint, or any relevant documentation that would help us load alerts into Power BI.

Has anyone tackled this before, or can point us in the right direction?

Hi @Anton de Graaf ,

To integrate with new alert on JSM, you should create a team first. Then go to team's operation and create an integration through API or email. Depend on the integration you created, follow the guideline of Atlassian at Step to configure the integration.
