Dear all,
just wanted to remark that it does not seem to be possible to re-use the components and releases of a Jira project in Jira Service Desk. Instead they are defined separately in Service Desk.
As a software company using Jira for development, i think it is only natural to re-use the jira component and release definitions in a Service Desk project. That way you can provide customer support for your own product. At the moment, there is manual synchronisation involved unfortunately.
Does anybody know if that feature already exists ?
