Intent not Matching when using Virtual Service Agent

I configured Jira's Virtual service agent and I have one intent enabled. Even if I try using phrases exactly like the ones in the intent training, the intent never matches. I'd like to know if there are more configurations to be done.

The message for "intent not match" is never served, as well.
