Trying to implmenent JIRA service Management on several teams in my company but I am facing some questions regarding the access to the service portal to internal customers.
Is there any way they can be access without needing to define a new password? or by using the password from my companie's active diretory From microsoft)?
This could be a deal breaker if they need to define a new password for every internal customer.
I have seen the 'Atlassian Access' produt, but I'm not sure if that will resolve the problem only for agents or for internal customers.
