Introduction text of Portal is not saving changes

Hi all,

I've migrated my support project from Jira Service Management (Server) to Jira Service Management Cloud. I've noticed that the introduction text is not migrated. Not really an issue, but when i manually put in some text and save the content, it's not saved. 

I don't see it in the portal (even after hard refresh, so not caching), but also if I refresh the settings page, the text has gone. 

The same applies on changing the Request form description. This is also not saved. 

These actions work when I create a new project.

It seems like a migration flaw. I would report to Atlassian Support to see if they are aware and have a solution.
