Hi Fellows,

How i can add ip allowlist for portal only customers? Is it possible to limit and implement it to project level. For example i have one JSM Project and i wanted their customer portal is accessible via specific ip address?

@Marc - Devoteam

Thank you for your response. I confirmed with Atlassian support that this functionality is managed at the product level.

To clarify, you can configure IP allowlisting under this setting to specify which IP addresses or ranges are permitted to access your product. However, this cannot be applied to individual projects. If you adjust the settings to allow access for one customer via IP allowlisting, it may restrict access for other customers, as the configuration applies globally to the entire Jira product. To accommodate multiple customers, you would need to add all relevant IPs or IP ranges, but this approach is only practical for a small number of customers and is not ideal for broader use cases.

Hi @Eitzaz Haider

No whitelisting is for the instance as a whole (affecting all products).

Whitelisting in Atlassian Administration is that from only these address the instance can be accessed.

Not to set an IP on the instance, to have it accessed via that IP only..
