Is Jira Marketplace down? I cannot get it to read anything about any add-on.

I am using Google Chrome and I am hitting the marketplace area and every time I click on a product, I receive an error:

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure

Yes Atlassian had an incident yesterday which caused marketplace to be unavailable which is detailed on their status page at https://developer.status.atlassian.com/
